FiftyFlowers Named Exclusive Floral Sponsor of ICONIC IMPACT Summit, Helping More Women Leaders Bloom
ORLANDO, FL | October 22, 2026 — She Believed She Could™ (SBSC) is thrilled to announce that FiftyFlowers, the pioneering farm-direct floral company and certified woman-owned business led by founder and CEO Liza Roeser, also known as The Flower CEO, has joined the inaugural ICONIC IMPACT: She Believed She Could™ Summit as its exclusive floral sponsor.
Through this generous partnership, FiftyFlowers will provide fresh floral products and consultation support to help bring the November 5 Summit to life, creating a beautiful and inspiring environment for entrepreneurs, nonprofit leaders, and changemakers gathering to intentionally create their next incredible chapters.
Beyond the beautiful blooms, the in-kind sponsorship will help offset event production expenses, allowing She Believed She Could™ to direct more resources toward expanding the ICONIC IMPACT Grants and providing scholarship seats for women who might otherwise be unable to attend the Summit.

"We are beyond grateful to Liza and the entire FiftyFlowers team for believing in this vision and stepping up in such a meaningful way," said Allison Walsh, founder of She Believed She Could™. "Our goal has always been to create an extraordinary experience for our attendees while investing as much as possible into the women we're here to serve. Partnerships like this make both possible. There's something especially beautiful about having a company founded by a visionary woman entrepreneur help us celebrate and support the next generation of women leaders."
When Women Support Women, Incredible Things Bloom
The partnership is especially meaningful given the entrepreneurial journey of FiftyFlowers founder and CEO Liza Roeser.
Roeser discovered the floral industry while serving in the Peace Corps in Ecuador. Recognizing an opportunity to transform the traditional floral supply chain, she went on to build FiftyFlowers into a nationally recognized, multimillion-dollar business connecting farms directly with customers and helping bring more than one million celebrations to life.
Her story embodies the same vision, resilience, and entrepreneurial spirit that ICONIC IMPACT was created to celebrate.

"I know firsthand what it takes to turn an idea into something meaningful, and I believe deeply in the power of women supporting other women," said Liza Roeser, founder and CEO of FiftyFlowers. "Flowers have a beautiful way of bringing people together and celebrating life's most important moments. We're honored to be part of ICONIC IMPACT, helping create an unforgettable experience while supporting women who are building businesses, strengthening communities, and making a difference. When women are given the opportunity and support to grow, incredible things can bloom."
Creating a Beautiful Experience with an Even Greater Purpose
As the exclusive floral product sponsor, FiftyFlowers will provide the blooms that help transform the Summit into an inspiring celebration of possibility, transformation, and purpose. The floral arrangements will be designed in collaboration with Farm Nine, the event's floral design partner, bringing together beautiful farm-fresh flowers and thoughtful floral artistry throughout the experience.
Every detail of ICONIC IMPACT has been intentionally curated to make each attendee feel seen, celebrated, and supported in creating her next chapter.
"We want every woman who attends ICONIC IMPACT to feel like this day was created just for her, because it was," Walsh added. "From the speakers and conversations to the connections she'll make and the environment she'll experience, we've poured intention into every detail. We want her to walk away with greater clarity, meaningful relationships, and a plan to move forward. FiftyFlowers is helping us bring that vision to life in such a beautiful way."
An Extraordinary Day of Transformation and Impact
The inaugural ICONIC IMPACT Summit takes place November 5, 2026, at the Center for Health & Wellbeing in Winter Park, Florida. Co-produced by She Believed She Could™ and Hi Hello Labs, the event brings together ambitious women, entrepreneurs, nonprofit leaders, and changemakers for a transformative day focused on personal growth, business strategy, meaningful connections, and intentionally creating what's next.
The Summit features an impressive lineup of entrepreneurs, executives, authors, and transformational leaders, including Carly Baker of HubSpot, Meghan Block of Entreprenista, Brielle Cotterman, Tracy Litt, Niyc Pidgeon, Hilary DeCesare, Katie Love, Erika Sinner, Carolina Flores, and Allison Walsh, alongside a special Bold Moves panel featuring Keesha Scott, founder of Cake for Dinner; Aleks Arwood; and Morgan Jones.
The experience will be hosted by Emmy Award-winning journalist Daralene Jones and professional emcee and presence strategist Yvana Hepburn.
Attendees will gain actionable strategies, meaningful connections, and a clear vision for their next chapters, including an intentional plan for the first 90 days of 2027.
An optional VIP upgrade includes an exclusive Content Creation Experience at Hi Hello Labs on November 6.
658 Applications and a Growing Mission to Make an Impact
The inaugural ICONIC IMPACT Grants received an overwhelming 658 applications from 48 states + territories and 14 countries, recognizing extraordinary women building businesses, leading nonprofit organizations, and creating meaningful change.
The grants, presented through the She Believed She Could™ Foundation and its partners, will recognize women in two categories: Emerging Founder and Impact Leader. Recipients will receive financial support, strategic guidance, mentorship, and visibility opportunities designed to accelerate their missions.
More than 300 applicants indicated that financial support to attend the Summit would make participation possible, underscoring the need for scholarship seats that help remove financial barriers and connect more women with life-changing opportunities.
By helping offset production expenses, FiftyFlowers is contributing to a broader effort to expand both grant funding and scholarship access.

Businesses and organizations are also invited to participate in the November 5 Summit, with individual tickets, VIP experiences, and corporate tables available.
"There's something incredibly powerful about knowing that your contribution could help a woman access the funding she needs to grow her mission or get into a room that could change the trajectory of her future," Walsh said. "That's the ripple effect we're working to create, and we'd love for others to be part of it."
