Two annual grants will support a nonprofit leader and an emerging female founder with funding, mentorship, strategic guidance, visibility and community
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
ORLANDO, Fla., August 24, 2026 — The She Believed She Could™ Foundation has announced the launch of the Iconic Impact Grants, a new annual initiative designed to invest in women who are building businesses, leading organizations, and creating meaningful change in their communities.
The grants are part of Iconic Impact — The She Believed She Could™ Summit, presented by She Believed She Could™ in partnership with Hi Hello Labs.
Each year, at least two women will be selected to receive an Iconic Impact Grant:
The Impact Leader Grant
For a nonprofit founder, executive director, or community leader creating measurable change through her mission and service.
The Emerging Founder Grant
For a female entrepreneur building a business with bold vision, growth potential, and a commitment to making an impact.
More than a financial award, the Iconic Impact Grants are designed to give recipients access to the resources, relationships, and visibility that can help accelerate their work. Recipients will receive an award valued over $10,000, including a $2,500 cash award, mentorship, strategic guidance, visibility opportunities, and access to a powerful community of women committed to growth and leadership.
The inaugural recipients will be recognized live at Iconic Impact — The She Believed She Could™ Summit on November 5, 2026, at the Center for Health & Wellbeing in Winter Park, Florida.

“I know what can happen when a woman with a big vision is given the support, resources, and relationships to take that vision further,” said Allison Walsh, JD, founder of She Believed She Could™ and the She Believed She Could™ Foundation. “There are extraordinary women already doing the work—building businesses, serving communities, and solving real problems. We want to help amplify what they are doing and invest in what comes next. My hope is that these grants create a ripple effect that extends far beyond the women who receive them.”
Iconic Impact: Expanding Success to Create Greater Impact
The grants are an extension of the larger vision behind Iconic Impact — The She Believed She Could™ Summit, a premier experience for ambitious, accomplished women who are ready to expand what they’ve built, deepen their influence, create meaningful relationships, and use their success to make a greater impact in the lives of others.
The 2026 Summit is presented by She Believed She Could™ in partnership with Hi Hello Labs, the Orlando-based media production company co-founded by Carolina Flores. Together, the organizations are creating an experience designed to bring women into a room where meaningful conversations, relationships, and opportunities can lead to what comes next.

“We are incredibly excited to partner with She Believed She Could™ to bring Iconic Impact to life,” said Carolina Flores, co-founder of Hi Hello Labs and co-founder of the She Believed She Could™ Podcast Network. “There is something powerful about creating a space where women are not only inspired, but truly seen, supported, and connected to opportunities that can move their ideas forward. The grants bring that vision to life in a tangible way. When we invest in women who are committed to making a difference, that investment has the potential to impact businesses, organizations, families and entire communities.”
The Iconic Impact experience continues on November 6 with the VIP Impact Lab, an intimate second-day experience designed to help attendees gain clarity, strengthen their visibility, and turn the momentum and connections created at the Summit into meaningful next steps.
A Call to Corporate and Community Partners
As the Iconic Impact Grants launch, the She Believed She Could™ Foundation is inviting corporations, foundations, community organizations, and mission-aligned partners to help expand the initiative through financial contributions, grant funding, in-kind support, and strategic partnerships.
Partners have the opportunity to directly support women entrepreneurs and nonprofit leaders while aligning their organizations with an initiative centered on women’s leadership, entrepreneurship, community impact, and the advancement of women creating meaningful change.
“This is just the beginning,” Walsh added. “Our vision is to grow the Iconic Impact Grants year after year and increase both the funding and opportunities we can put directly into the hands of women doing extraordinary work. We want companies and community leaders who share that vision to come alongside us and help us multiply what is possible.”
Organizations interested in supporting the Iconic Impact Grants, sponsoring the Iconic Impact Summit, or contributing resources, expertise, and opportunities for grant recipients are encouraged to connect with the She Believed She Could™ team.
