Darla leads Girls Inc. of Pinellas, empowering girls ages 5–18 through mentorship, STEM education, financial literacy, leadership development, and wellness programming. Serving approximately 1,125–1,600 girls annually across Pinellas and Hillsborough counties, the organization helps young women develop the confidence, skills, and opportunities to become strong, smart, and bold leaders.
